Payment and Delivery
We offer payments via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover
Our payment terms are net 15 days (due 15 days from receipt of statement). It is requested that payment be made within the terms of the agreement to maintain open account privileges. A 1.5% charge will be applied to all past due balances.

Shipping & Handling
There is no minimum order and we absorb most of the shipping and handling cost for shipments within the Continental United States. The following nominal charges apply:

Orders over $150.00…………………A nominal flat fee of $6.90 shipping & handling.
Orders from $25.00 to $149.99…….A nominal flat fee of $7.90 shipping & handling.
Orders under $25.00………………...A nominal flat fee of $9.90 shipping & handling.

Note: Case orders of heavier products such as Antibacterial Wipes, Gloves, etc. may incur an additional shipping charge depending on the destination.

Shipping & Handling terms outlined above apply only to shipments within the Continental United States. Shipping & Handling charges will be quoted separately for any Orders shipped outside of the Continental United States. All orders will be delivered via an insured ground service carrier. Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available for an additional charge.

Lead Time:
Most orders ship the next Business Day. If the products ordered are out of stock, we will contact you immediately and ship a partial if available and advise you of the delivery date for the back-order.

Return Policy
All returns require a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be made in the original package, undamaged. Certain other restrictions may apply.
